The centerpiece box is an accent piece for your table top or shelf. Perfect for remote controls, magazines, candles, or other display items. Not for wet items or food. This item has a hidden latching mechanism that is released by sliding a thin object through a small slot on one end. This item only comes with a rustic, rubbed through finish in black paint. Solid poplar construction with rustic saw marks. Note that the height of this secret compartment is short. Please measure any items you want to store in it to make sure it will fit!  Decorative items in photos not included.
